The general editor of the series is William B. Rogers, Christian educator at Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. Gary A. Furr is pastor of Vestavia Hills Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama. He has served churches in Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina. He leads spirituality retreats and is a member of the Academy for Spiritual Formation. For the past thirty years, Milburn Price has taught classes on music and worship at Furman University, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Samford University. He has also written and lectured widely and pursued post-doctoral studies on these subjects.
